2020 was an introspective year… a year where you had to sit back, whether you wanted to or not, and reflect both inwardly and outwardly in order to see what was really real and has substance in your life. If you were going to sink or swim. But we made it. Not all of us, but most of us. And some of us even came out on the other side with more fortitude and drive. Some came out the same way they went in. Some lost theirselves in it. And some of us were just plain lost!
In 2021, I pray for restoration, growth, peace, grace, mercy, and triumph over all! I call it my year of expectations!!! I expect a lot out of this year and every year to come thereafter. This year I will see a manifestation of all my expectations. I will then watch them grow throughout the years with blessings and peace… Have you decided what this year is for you? Have you reflected on this past year? Really sat and dealt with all the internal trauma? Learned how to let go and let live in your peace? Key phrase – your peace!!! I would love to hear about your expectations for this year and the years to come. The secret is to make goals or resolutions or whatever we may call it… not just for the year ahead but for the years to come. Look, don’t get disappointed if you don’t always reach your mark based on your plan; just keep going rushing towards your goals, your desires, your dreams for 2021: the year of expectations!!
