How many of us move with intent in our daily lives? What about intent in meeting our goals, achieving our dreams and meeting our aspirations? 

Moving with intent is how you are able to reach those goals, aspirations and dreams. Intent can help you to see your purpose fulfilled. The next time you put a deadline on a goal, write down your intentional thoughts. This will allow you to move with intent and most importantly, see the best results.

Not too long ago I started the journey to grow my business, but let’s be honest I was just making a plan and I didn’t have the intentional thoughts needed for success. I wasn’t moving with intent to bring that plan into fruition.  I got distracted. There wasn’t the intent and focus needed everyday to reach my goals. At some point, I noticed the things that I needed to correct. I set my intent and proceeded to work on accomplishing my goal to grow my business. 

We need to set your intent for the day every day. In fact, we unknowingly do this everyday during our morning routine. But be aware and cognizant to set good intentions and use things like alarms, lists and reminders to create healthy habits. If you’re starting off the day with bad intentions, or even no intentions, it will most likely results in bad habits. Worse yet, not starting every day with intent will delay or prevent accomplishing your goals.
